If we are unable to provide shipping to your location, we will refund you the entire amount of your purchase. We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of your order. We do not provide refunds for shipping times, as times change due to high demand, and seasonal changes.
If your product is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if this is the case.
